D is onto something ,those manfolds would sell like hot cakes ,and make it heaps easyer to make a plenum up for turbo aplications

should make some motor bike manifolds to suit r1 carbs :D to suit an a10 head then ill buy a set !!!

good work!

just use a flange HyFlo otherwise a gasket and just add material say 1-2mm can be just right for porting.

Not sure what Subaru use but I would imagine it would be the larger size. as the smaller R180 would only have been used in the earlier Datsuns.

Just to give you an idea HyFlo

look at any oval port manifolds whether stock or for sidedrafts they all sell and command good $$.

something like these will sell especially if you can do them out of small billet pieces to save costs and keep things small.

Alan which are used in the subeys? getting tricky now
Maybe better to make an alloy live axle carrier for the hilux diffs.
No shortage of ratios and people using them in all sorts of rides.

There are 2 sizes in the R180 diffs, those with the K on the top are for the bigger R180 CW&P, those without the K are for the smaller R180 diff's, a 'big' R180 will not fit in the smaller housing, but the smaller CW&P will fit into the K housing.

Also the small R180 have 8 bolts and the big R180 have 10 bolts.
