a group buy of 8 inch ford diffs from the USA would be the go & then fit them with aftermarket alloy carriers, lsd centres or full spools once shortened. Stronger than H165 and H190 lighter and smaller than 9 inch by a long way.

Ok junior sedan , what do you want this spool for ? I'm guessing by your name you want it for a dirt speedway car? If so a welded diff should be alright if it is done properly , if it is for any other race application a full spool is the way to go , I can custom make you one but it will be in the $650/$750 range for a one off .
