That is an easy fix, the 3.89 out of an early Stanza H165 is a bolt in, PM me if you want one, i have two for sale.

Some stanza's had h165 with 3.7 ratio.

Good luck mate, it took me 3 years to find a set of 3.7s (got more than a few replies on ozdat, but when it came time to send them, nobody followed through, hope you have better luck).

Totally agree Jmac, every man and his dog seems to have 3.7's, and out of the last 5 I purchased 1 set had no teeth, 2 were 3.9's (no refund) and last 2 totally ripped, got nothing except threats when asked for money back.

Yes boy's you are so right, couldn't find a 3.7 so I settled on the 3.9 which has done the job, it has taken the edge off the rpm when cruising at around the 100kpm but the biggest improvement is that it's more drivable around town. Job done...Next job is fitting a 120y booster and mounting block to improve the brakes.
