+1 RC, it's doable, but there's simpler ways. IMHO

You don't really need bypass valves. I guess the advantage is having boost for that small part between idle and spool up or between off throttle and spool up. Any simple control setup will have a peak just before the SC cuts out if the turbo feeds the SC.

If the SC feeds the turbo then there's shouldn't be a noticeable switch because the SC is positive displacement. The turbo may pull a vacuum after it until the clutch is disengauged.

If you're engine bay's the same as mine there's not that much room in there for all that plumbing and pulleys etc.

An alternative is living with having the turbo boost come on at 2k rpm or 3k rpm (depending on where you want it) and using the gears. Most cars have gears anyway

i guess a wastegate would make a good bypass valve, though i didnt think these setups use bypass

2 choices available from factory already setup for you but need at least a t50 gearbox conversion for one and the other something similar custom adaptor plate to bolt up.

from what i see when the supercharger is functioning it air intake path is from the turbo but when he turbo kicks in their is a bypass valve that bypasses the supercharger and the turbo outlet goes to the intercooler.

Anyone know what the factory valve looks like i tried to find one online but seems impossible to get information about it.

They had them at EKW complete engines for less the 650aud one time they couldnt get rid of them even had 2 for 1000aud at one stage.
Super efficient design looks at the conrods less than 400gsm or titanium weight for rods of the same size and most of the engine is motorbike based technology. If you get a chance try to looks for shots of the internals, very impressive!
