It's bottom mount. But you could always customise it.
If you cut and re-mig the turbo flange so it's on a better angle, that would certainly work ok.
It's quite nice for my first attempt.

i bought a top mount off ebay, never actually ran it but when i got it i quickly noticed the poor quality of the unit. the metal is inferior and the ports are not lined up correctly inside which would cause inconsistent performance.

i ended up buying one from 6boost, top mount + garret gt3076r turbo and turbosmart wastegate. it is not cheap but an awesome setup if you can afford it. he has a few combo's you can run in terms of manifold/turbo/wastegate.

I want a top mount for a T25BB with 15psi on LPG and H20 and no more than 7000rpm just fat torque for massive midrange. The log style manifold should be enough as they are superior till 5200rpm in most applications and lose out 8-10% to equal length manis after that.

can you get a T25BB? is it with the .46 exhaust ratio?

thought you could only get T28BB with .64 ratio?
