Hi Buzbox,

Turns out these are quite difficult to make, if I can find some thin sheet material I'll give it a go again but for now, I'm down about AU$2000.00 worth of material and equipment so I need to keep a bit quite the next few months.

There are two major problems:

Postage is minimum AU$60.00 for each set.
The costs to make one set amount to about 4hrs including a test fit, final polish and wrap and pack.

So each set actually costs about $180.00 to make and send! It's just not plausible I'm afraid and I suspect people aren't prepared to pay much more than the quoted price.

I also suspect that this is why Carps gave up on making these, he was wiser to see the costs were much too overwhelming to warrant any further poduction.

Attached is the spot welder I bought to finish the job, cool machine but way too expensive....

What's the matter hotrocket? I can't help you and I don't intend to. The orders I have took were for the 1200 ute and I have finished them and I am sending them out. Simple as that.

Give up on the provocations, nothing will come of it.

Nice spot welder. Don't think of it as in the hole, that's an investment.

I can show you in the hole...... But will only have 1 happy ending
