I think it's alot of money it's only a a series at the end of the day could do a ca18 conversion for that price

so are you saying a fully recod ca fitted with all the mods would be cheaper ,then a straight bolt in a15 . mmmm ok

A used CA with 100 hours labor ... or a completely reconditioned -- not just A-series -- expertly modified A15 -- with 1 hour labor to fit.

Many guys spend $5000+ on their engines, but take months or years to do it instead of paying $4500 all at once. And they often don't end up as nice as this one.

If you have time to scrounge and fabricate more power to you. But for others that want a bolt-in they could be driving next week, buy this one.

Haha, sounds like the budget I originally had for my conversion. I stopped counting $ just incase my wife catches me. By the way, if she ask, my conversion "only cost $4500".

To put this in perspective, I sold an a15 short motor years ago, not running, unknow condition for around $600 or $700. It sold in less than a day. Good luck with the sale.

I'd like to see a stroked a14 (using a15 internals). That's the ultimate 1200 engine.

You cant get much better value than this motor, Bargain!
