Which model is the 140Y ?
I think it's the Sunny 310?

The 310 Sunny stuff doesn't directly swap. I've not heard of anyone using these parts on a 1200 B110.

The Stanza (A10 Series) stuff pretty much goes straight in, with the exception of the top of the struts, where it connects to the body. You need to use original 1200 parts.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't a 140y just a 120y with a A14 engine i.e a U.S model?

That suspension should bolt in with little fuss. You will want to use the whole suspension; lower arms, steering knuckles, T/C rods and strut tubes. The tops of the struts, that bolts to the car, might need to be changed to 1200 tops but I don't remember. If you use the 1200 springs, the ride height might not need adjusting but you will need to cut down the others as they will be a little long. All of this advice is based on the two B-310 front suspensions I have put in 1200s. Hope it helps.
By the way, did you ever find a set of those chrome trim pieces?

Just a thought, if the lower control arm bolts to the side of the crossmember rather than in the middle of it, the T/C rod might have a different angle. I did run into that problem once.
