caliper and rotor upgrade 120y struts

Hi

I have 120y struts / brakes in my 1200 ute an was wondering if any one knows of a caliper an rotor up grade from the standard set for better braking ?

yes, bolt the 280ZX rotors on and Pulsar calipers all it needs is a simple adapter. See 280ZX Brake Upgrade

Thanks mate that helped me heaps .... do you think this is a good enough front strut/brake combo with r31brakes on the rear for a 1200 ute with a ca18det ?

Good enough? It's the largest rotor you can get, requires 14" wheels. The 280ZX weighed a thousands pounds more and had a 2.8 liter enigne.

But your engineer will have the final say.

Ahh good point ill have to have a chat with engineer ! i was planning on running 15x6.5 wheels with it.... if i was to lower it by 2inches would i have to shorten the struts ?

Don't need to shorten the struts for 2" lowering. Of course once you put tall tires on it it will raise it back up.
