Yeah thanks guys, I've dropped the idea like a bad joke, the more I thought about it and the more I researched it, the more it seemed like a really bad idea, Isn't surprising why it's so cheap  I'll keep my eye out for a cheap fixer upper A15 (yeah here's to hoping! LOL) no rush. Thanks again for helping out :)
