i hope so. it will be a change after legnum thats for sure.
i have been looking for ages, wanted a ca18det conversion completed most of them are for sale are a mess. (i work 7 days a week in my own business.....coffee roasting, and i have a 7 month old)
So this appealed to me with the old school look and the l series. had enough of turbos etc after modding up my vr4.

Congrats, hope it's as good as it looks. Join the L series 5 speed clan. It's the way they should have been made stock! (some were OS not here)

it finally arrived in cairns yesterday after a long journey from mildura!
Got the speedo working.....old owner was using a gps hardwired in.
fuel guage not working but will fix.
interior is in great nick.....but brown, not sure i like it, was thinking of all black but like the original feel too.
so the plan thus far
-engineers and rwc
-tidy up gauges off steering colum under dash
-install washer bottle
-line tub with nonslip paint (rhino liner etc)
-fix oil leak

then:
- new seats - sparco sprints
- redo exhaust
- front brakes/booster

start saving for ca conversion

Why engineer if going CA, seems a waste. And why booster? Not really needed

forgot to add, pretty impressed with how hard it goes with the l20b!
ive had a 180b and worked 120y before but this really hammers!
Thought i would struggle after selling my sweetly modded legnum vr4
but the fun factor is 100 times better and alot more of an engaging drive!

unfamilia....
would just assume (without researching or using the search tab yet) would need to if going disk brake all round?
Will go ca in a year or so, but need to get rego and rwc in its current state and also insurance. could maybe find someone to rwc with the l20b but i dont need the hassle if pulled over
