as far as i know, as rally cars have to be road legal aswell this should apply, you are allowed to run fuel lines through the cockpit so long as there is no fuel line connections in the cockpit, so if its a pipe that goes straight through with no joins its all good. better check that though oh and thats in AUS.

New Zealand is the same as AUS you are allowed to run then through the car as long u use a wrap around them in the carand no joins inside the cockpit.
