Samsung Galaxy S3 has good specs .. Even i m thinking to have one.. You can purchase it from Amazon or ebay which have good deals now.. My wise advice is to get a locked one and get it unlocked from any commercial vendors online like Unlocking4u.com coz unlocked phones will cost fortunes it will end up in paying a couple of hundreds of dollars

I'm using the motorolla Defy XT, Water, dust and shock resistant. Not the latest version of Android but its tough, slim and I love it.
