Hi guys i would like for people to give me their experience on say minium 300hp in a datto.I ask u guys to share because the most powerful car i have had is a suzuki gti which i think had 96kw.Am i going to #OOPS# myself with the minium 300 hp in my datto.

Experience takes time and a little bit of maturity goes a long way. Ease into it or you may come to grief in a big way!!!!

Yeah tappet thats good advice,and being 38 hopefully gives me the experience to know when im taking to much off a risk.

Personally I think that's too much power through a 1200 chassis. 200HP that handles well would be my ideal max through that standard chassis.

Seriously I crapped myself the first time I drove a 1200 with a mild ca in it!

i don't know what you blokes do withe so much power? my turbo l18 is a big enough hand full

for comparison 153rwhp was good enough for a 13.7 quarter mile pass in my old 1200 ute, and that kept me happy for 6 years
300 would be stupid fast, 500... insane!

i guess it depends how much of a hp junkie you are

guess try not to do too much at once with the conversion. i did and its taking 4 years+
