ill buy it if you dont want it coz ill put it on the A15 im buliding.
i know it will fit with CUSTOM i repeat CUSTOM mountings. you want to know how i know.
IVE SEEN IT DONE a couple of times. so you dont need to sell it you just need to engerneer a custom inlet manifod that will angle it down a bit so it will fit.

cfwase, I'm not convinced you're talking about the same thing everyone else is.the 1GG and 4AGE superchargers are both exactly the same type. Only difference is their size. They are both positive dispacement blowers, which simply means they pump a fixed volume of air for each revolution. They are not designed to be mounted on the inlet manifold - the outlet is at the rear of the blower. You mount them to the block and run a pipe to the manifold just like you would for a turbo.

lobster, I used a 32/36 DGAV on the draw through turbo A14 I built a couple of years ago. I ran that at a max of 12lb boost and 8000rpm, so if you are doing this on a real tight budget that carb will be OK, with some attention to the jetting.

Be careful not to exceed the max speed of the blower when designing / modifying pulleys.

If you have problems with detonation (you will) ACL make a .030" head shim which will help to lower compression cheaply and easily. I also modified the dissy to limit the mech advance it produced, that proved not to be enough, so I removed the mechanism completely and ran on a fixed 12 degrees. With a positive displacement blower, this dissy mod shouldn't affect driveability at all.

Hi gang! I've been busy lately , but I browsed the club today, and noticed these topic around, one of my plans, supercharge an A15. I also have a 32/36 Weber in my A15,and I hear it would work. Will one , or perhaps two DCOE work better? (obviously yes, but how MUCH better), and what would be better, a GX head with headers and the 32/36 or the stock head with headers, and a dual DCOE set up? Tight budget makes me choose. And last, the right supercharger would be the 4AGZE or the 1GG?

a friend used the 4agze blower on his a15 in his ute.the rest of the motor was stock, stock cam even,& he used the electric clutch so he could turn the blower on & off.he fabricated an injection manifold using a twin su manifold as a basis.it was also intercooled.the thing was & is a jet, constantly chewing up the lsd in the diff.pictures are at the sydney datsun club feature cars under 'ron johnsons 1200 ute. www.p510.com/features.asp?pageid=31.

geez would you look at all of you jumping on the bandwagon

But I was looking around and I found this tiny tiny web site that has some specs of the SC14 and SC12.

*Web Site Here*

I was doing a little more investigating and I have been told that not all of the SC14's have the clutch thing that allows you to turn it on or off.

*EDIT* And I just found some more info about these little suckers:
