Sounds good Andy, let me know what manifold(s) you're considering. Delivery address would be the same as the glass (Morningside, Brisbane).

Datsunbloke, did you get my PM about the model? Here it is anyway. The inlet manifold is very ellaborate and quite tricky, but it shows the sort of layout I was thinking of (fish bone style inlet manifold).

High mount turbo manifold, inlet manifold with injector bosses and TB flange, dump pipe. For approximately 1200, sounds reasonable I think. Will have to check on postage and revert, postage is a killer, maybe I will chat to EMS and get a better rate for multiple items.

Thanks for the input, I was going to suggest CA18 throttle body or GA16 throttle body, they're both quite common. Any suggestions from you guys?

I would like to suggest using something like this which I argue would produce a better mix ratio being further 'up' the line and also perform better at higher rpm power.

def keen for a high mount manifold with custom inlet that can run EFI, i dont mind paying the extra if its got injector bungs and flange to run throttle body. No point buying something that i then gotta take somewhere else to get more work done, dump pipe would be nice but not essential.

Would pay around $1200ish for something like this.

No it won't you'd either have to make your own up or have one fabricated. I haven't yet tried it but I was intending to run a stock M66 manifold with it which has an opening at the underside of the manifold.

I can also make an inlet manifold to suit?

oh ok, so that will still clear the other intake manifold being a high mount?

how much more for this one?

This is actually a high mount setup that fits in a 1200 and 1000, it's actually upside down if you look at the flange but it has since been righted.

What do you guys think is a fair price? It take about twice as long as the other and also requires more materials.

I was thinking there would be a lot more interest in these so would appreciate some feedback on pricing etc.

Thanks for the support and kind words guys.

In all honesty they will both work well. Log manifolds were used for ages with good success
