Can I have a personal photo album?? I have all my pictures strewn around, and I have seen some are not showing, and I can not organize nor delete the ones that apparently have dissappeared.

Let me know if I can get an album.

Methinks people are misunderstanding what has been asked here.

The question arose after there was some tribulations with certain members posting totally unrelated pics on this site. You know like the growth on your big toe, big red submarines or your b-inlaw in front of a pigeon coop or something...

So they offered to give members albums to place these kinds of pics, where everybody doesn't have to look at them when perusing recently posted pics.

I'd still like seeing pics of other people's progress on their cars, but would find it annoying to have to browse through everybody's albums to see what is new...

I understand. That is a valid argument.

I can do w/o an album, I guess that is cool. What I would like to do is to edit those pictures I posted that for some reason have gone bad, no pix shows. The system does not allow me.

Yep - definately DO NOT edit your pics if you want them to remain. There should be a big sticky at the top of the page warning this or something...

Hmmm... I just had a look in the members section - I have 2 photo albums... I must be VIP or something...

Kululadotgroen, Personal Photo Albums have been around a lot longer than recent incidents - in fact since the dawn of 1200.com - check the date on the frst post! Plus, they are NOT for personal 'unrelated' pics.

They are for you to put your personal Datsun photos in. If someone wants to see the progress on my 1000, they just navigate to my folder in the Photo Album and browse isntead of searching for a photo of mine and then clicking "more photo's from tnpshow"...

NOTE: You do *not* need to get your own photo album in the Club before you can post. You can post to any of the general albums, right now!

So yes they are supposed to be used for your personal Datsun photos, but because of said issue with unrelated pics, they have been suggested for unrelated personal pics, so as to not clog the general albums/areas with unrelated stuff.

See, we are both wrong and right at the same time...
