I ended up boring the wheel until it was of the diameter to allow a good weld to the flat face of the crank pulley. Put some small welds opposite each other (4) and it looks a treat.

I want the dizzie out because I'm hanging a super charger on that side. Brand new eaton M45, forged rods, forged pistons, beautifully made crank and EFI. Should get the car up and at em!

it,s a pitty they don,t make crank trigger to be reliable.the ones if seen I would,nt trast because if the timing moves good night motor $$$$$$$$$

Okay, thanks a bunch Shane, I'll keep that in mind. I'm making the bracketry our of 3mm aluminium and I was intending to fix the bracket to three points to keep it all rigid.

Never heard or had an issue with crank fire ignition. There shouldnt be any issues that would cause damage just bad timing could be the result then going onto safety mode as a backup but my suzuki has crank as the main and cam angle sensor as backup. Theres more chance of timing going out of whack in a dizzie or cam than a crank.
