No worries. There is a request pending to ban unfamilia, but it's not a request to the moderators.

Just in case you thought the idea of a firm with 'issues' suing the victims of their incompetence was out there in the twilight zone:

http://www.spokentorque.com/forums/sh ... les-suit-against-EVIL95GT

http://performanceforums.com/forums/s ... e-Dyno-Still-around/page4

If you have some spare time read through these threads. The guy in question has had allegations against him in 3 separate countries. Scary to say the least.

Yes my posts were deleted because of some comments, needless to say that regardless of the thread being deleted it hasnt stoped a discussion on the matter. Regardless of who is ripping of who, I do strongly believe that there should be a page of some sort to give a "heads up" to bad buisnesses and bad dealers. At the end of the day if it was you who had paid for work or an item and it all went sour and when voicing your opinion that someone had said " I could have told u that"? To me.. a heads up would be a better alternative then to go through heart ache. No one likes getting shafted or seeing someone else getting shafted. Thanks again for everyone's support on the matter, its greatly appreciated.

Its all about the way things are worded.
If you want a heads up thread title it something like "issues with transactions & previous experiences"

When posting simply state facts with no slander or emotion

Eg
On the dd/mm/yy I paid member xname the sum of $y I have not received my item to date and currently the member won't reply to my contact attempts.

Simple facts without banter or name calling and no one can sue or report you and others are informed.
