I was going to mention the Dana diffs process my uncle called them Banana diffs since I can remember as he used to fit them for older holdens from volvos. He used to use a stick welder in the late 60s and 70s not migs or tigs back then and used all kinds of pulleys, clamps and other devices to straighten them. I guess it comes down to knowing what to do with what you have and know in some cases.

I went through all these various debates................and then just bit the bullet and coughed up the cash. Bought a parts car just to get the H190 axle, and then started selling off all the other bits, all said and done the H190 with LSD will cost me about $1300. It was the long way round but probably no worse then doing up your own.
