I think its possible but to do the job right i think i need to disassemble the axles.

There is very little play in that grease catcher.

Disassembling will allow me to put in new wheel bearings too for peace of mind

So i ordered new wheel bearings and what arrived was different than i ordered.

They look different to each other.

One is
NACHI 6306NSL

Other is
NSK 6207DU

Do i return them? I ordered Beck Arnley 051-3202

BeckArnley parts are made by various companies, so i wouldn't worry about the brand. Both Nachi and NSK are good brands

But different to each other ... Was it RockAuto? Send them a message and they'll take care of it

* Utes rear axle bearings are 72x32x19 (confirm by measuring your old ones) ...
* 6306NSL is 72mm but check the i.d. and confirm it is 32mm as 6306 usually is 30mm and 32mm is special version
* NSK 6207DU is probably wrong 72x35x17 for 35mm shafts

when pressing onto axle shaft, the sealed side of the bearing faces out

They are from rockauto. Measured with calipers

Nachi one is 72x32x19

NSK one is 72x35x17

What does the Nachi measure for I.D. (shaft diameter)? It should be slightly less than the diameter of the axle shaft for the press fit to work

Bprojects says 31.95 to 31.98

The locking collar is even smaller with I.D. of 31.75. Same collar used by early B110 (62mm bearing) late B110 (72mm bearing) and 1200 ute (H165 with 72mm bearing)
