The term you're looking for is resto-mod. It's about respecting the classic lines/styling/proportions of the car and modernising the chassis/driveline to modernise it. This ain't it.
This is just stuffing ridiculously big wheels under it for its own sake. They don't suit it. They're out of proportion. They won't help it handle better or go better. They serve no purpose other than being BIG. They are so big and out-of-whack it's obvious that the only intention was to have big wheels, even if they don't fit under the car, which the front's don't.
Restomod's also don't go for lairy leb-spec interiors. Again, it's about respecting the classic car, but just bringing it up to modern performance and handling standards. This guy has just stuffed tacky gauges everywhere and even tackier trim.
