It could be the weighted rod, which is the counterpart of the ball.

Or it could be the float level is too high. When the engine is idling, look through the glass. Is the fuel level at the line?

Hi DD

The Small Ball is there and there is a locked mechanism spring also kept preventing it from come out an also i did not take the ball out too, could this be a problem with piston end rubber washer worn out(it was not broken)
will a repair kit solve this issue ?

the size of the ball also could not be an issue because it was running good earlier

The ball may be missing from the passageway. It functions as a check-valve to prevent leaking fuel.

Hi Guys

I have cleaned an Made this carburetor ,while keeping the car in start for 5 minutes, there are lot of fuel leaking out from the accelerator pump top (please refer the red color arrow), what would cause this ? any Idea ?

This is Lancer 1400 A72 Car which belongs to my brother in law
