If I take my ute in to get the guards rolled will I be able to run 15x8 rims with -+0 offset? I am happy to run stretched tyres if need be. How much would I need to get my guards pumped? Thanks

No. Rolling the Guard only gives about 1" more clearance. Pumping/pulling is used to put more flare in the guards for even more clearance.

8" wide wheels are 9" wide overall, which is about 225mm. Even if you removed the guards, a 8" wide +0 offset wheel will hit on the inside bodywork.

Yes, you can fit 15x8 offset 0 on a 1200. But it takes more than modifying the guards.

If you use tiny tyres it will make it easier.

For example, these Rota Shakotan's 15x8+0 rub on the guards while driving. Even though it is fitted with non-stock front struts & hubs.

These are 14x8+0 rear, 14x7+0 front

Would the 15x7 clear or would I have to get different struts?

7" wide wheels will bolt on. Whether the tyre will rub or not is a matter of which tyre size is fitted and the offset of the wheel. +25 offset is recommended and 185 or narrower tires (205 with rolled guards).

7" +25 would hit the strut
