I tuned a mates A15 with 32/36 weber, the result was a 145 primary and 155 secondary. The 130 primary that the carby came with was too lean.

Weber DGV Tuning

As sold by Weber, it is jetted rich so that it runs well on a variety of different engines.
Quote:
Main jets: 140/140
Emulsion tubes: F50/F50
Air correction jets: 170/160
Idle jets: 60/50
Jump jet: 50
Needle valve: 2.00

Okay thanks for the info.Since im now gettin smooth transition and instant acceleration due to the timing in the engine was out bad. I've adjusted the caburettor to best lean idle its responding great.i get it to idle at around 950 rpm its sounding fast the idle speed is not touching its still sounding fast,is it normal with Weber carb or i can get it lower?

A Weber carburetor will idle down so low the engine will stop running. Normal setting for a stock A15 is around 750 to 800 RPM. 950 RPM is ok but will use more fuel when idling.

I think i mest with the little threded part that adjustes the secondary throat where does it need to be set completly close or just a little oped?

The secondary throttle must be completely closed at idle.

Surprising.... any lag in transition when stomping on it can be fix by increasing the size of the idle jets. You can do it with the main jets but you'll run rich at full throttle.
If after your lag, the car picks up and goes, then increase the idle jets. Pump jet can fine tune it as well. Just try and stay within Weber's suggested settings.

lag in transition can also be caused by retarded ignition timing, as was apparently the case here.

That's why the first part of a Tune-up is to set the point gap and ignition timing - before the carburetor is touched.
