Rob informed me aftermarket hi-ten bolts are cheaper than factory nissan!

The old cam is exactly that Neil, for the oil and fuel pump if needed but you wont need that going dry sump and e-fuel pump. You can easily cover your cam hole with a welsh plug.
The tensioner seems currently on the top but no big deal to implement on the bottom one. Its great you wont need to mod your dry sump pan all fits as is.

The price of the kits are 900aud for the front plate which also includes
cam and crank cover also camshaft drive attachment that uses the factory
mazda cam belt pulleys. The headgasket to suit 76mm bores is 160 aud.

if no dry sump unit then cam stays in for the oil pump to work, oil feed to the head is by tapping line from the side there is a brass block on the side near the top that feeds the A series head, simple mod. However Neil was inquiring on dry sump unit then you would just put in reversed side of the cam bearings to block the holes, common mod for mitsu 4g63 balance shaft removal same process. Does that make sense or the right answer to your query?

hi anths the a 15 has solid lifters so nothing to block of. if u lose that cam you will need to find a shorter belt. the belt I used was a bit long so I put the idler down the bottom to take up the slack and to pick up a few more teeth on the crank pulley datman 1947

OK fellas there are new batch available

PM me for orders or for deposits for these beauties

As Datman1947 has cut the time it takes to finish them up
new batch ones at 790aud

This kit is all you need to get it all sorted a bargain for a twin cammer A series
No more waiting for an AY or billet twin cam head just get a B6 head from any Mazda,
Ford and Kia for a bargain price and mod your block as described earlier.
I will supply all the details in printed form for reference to make it happen.

This is an amazing opportunity that has more hp and less cost than a worked GX.
It trounces any oval port head to the weeds!

Any idea as to what transmission would be need behind the head swap to hold up to the added torque?, or perhaps a 60A is plenty adequate? 63A?

Torque is probably less than 95 lb ft -- 60-series gearbox can handle that. Its still an A15 engine, now with improved high speed HP.
