I say this post needs to be completely different its way off topic now...

It should be put into its classes if you have some pictures of datsun's be it, drag, street, sleeper, cruiser, original, jdm, race car, hill climb what ever.. post your pictures we are not here to argue this #OOPS# over datrotor's car...

just throw up what you think the best is of that category that way everyone can have an opion on what they like and then it falls into what you like because it doesn't matter if its original, crazy engineered or a sleeper they are all datsun and there is probally something on those build's in which gives you inspiration and a drive to do that to your's or something different from its concepts..

I never once said my car was planing to win summernats theres no chance mine is close to that level but it wasnt built for that.it was built for a nice street cruise.that was an example on what a car needs to do to be the best.once again this post isn't about my car.you can't drive a drag car on the street.simple

lol summernats grand champ?

might need to detail that undercarriage a bit. I don't think plain old black is going to cut it.

as for the driven on the street criteria - your thread is full of you talking about how illegal the car is going to be!

sorry, you did say you wanted to find out if you had THE BEST 1200 in Australia in terms or engineering and modifications etc, but now these ones are too modified and highly engineered? Gothcha. Just ones with similar engineering and modifications as yours count for the best in Aus? This is confusing!

that's a more realistic goal. There seems to be plenty of people out there who like pink or purple cars with turbo rotars, chrome wheels and cream/white interiors judging by how many of them get around in certain parts of the country.

How could you classify a drag car with a tube chassis and fibreglass shell to be any sort of Datsun? Like comparing your rubbish race car to a v8supercar.theres no comparison.wasnt made to look like a drag car was made to have wide wheels which resulted in needing a 4 link.alsi helps handle the power.ur opinions mean nothing to me :) more people like it then not so tgats all I'm after
