Just another note the Poms have the ca18et and swap for the ca20 block using the 8v head and 4g63 rods they boost theirs over 320hp reliably. 8v hemi simple and made for boost.

D makes a good point! it's already got the suspension and brakes to take the power, i'd recommend upgrading to a better diff with a panhard bar but otherwise you'd have a quick little ute!

The buyer should note this is a really nice car with a ca20 they are recently been reconsidered for big bore CA builds as they are thicker cast around the bores than previously thought, the rods can be replaced with 4g63 mk1 and twin cam head and mains girdle added for the boost factor. The 8v head is hemi with twin spark plugs and If staying NA there is a simple way to activate the secondary spark plug above 4000rpm its on the s12 forums also camshaft regrind make a world of difference along with headers.
