Hello everyone! It`s been a while since the last time i`ve been here. I`m going to put my b210 back on the road with his original auto gearbox. I decided to sell my 5 speed dogleg gearbox in a last resort to keep my beloved datsun, because the f...ing crisis doesn`t let go of my ass. The thing is, the battery is now dead and i need a new one, but i was wondering if i could use a battery from a Ford Focus, without the riskof toasting the electric circuit.
Thanks in advance.

If you want a lightweight battery that is cheap, a garden tractor battery will start an easily cranked engine like the datsun 1200. They cost about half as much as most car batteries and have the advantage of being much lighter. I have used them many years.
