Some pics, it's all a bit rough being a work in progress so don't judge too harshly.

Thanks for the replys.
There's a good steady manifold pressure, the ITBs came with a vacuum manifold and built in restrictor. Standard cam. I got the ignition setup and working before swapping the head and injection on so at least it's only trouble shooting one thing at a time. It's looking like I'll have to build a jig to measure the flow. Knowing the injection parameters will make it much easier to get a base tune and also allow me to get the VE map right.

do you have the ego correction turned off? you need to have anything that can influence your tune turned off until you get a good state of tune other wise you will just chase your tale, also check the warm up enrichment isn't adding to much fuel.
if you are using itb's and a big cam you may not be getting a steady manifold signal so you may need to join the itb's with a synchronising hose and maybe put a restriction in the line. alfa/n setting is an option as well altho its a compromise. is it fuel and spark or fuel only? http://www.msextra.com/forums/index.p ... 2d4e84d01f65137a77087bdae http://www.msextra.com/doc/index.html

I've been thinking about it more. I know the dead time's wrong because it over fuels at low RPM. The hunting I think is because there's some feedback happening somewhere and it's not right. I do have WB, I think I need to change a few settings in the tune and try again.

If its hunting i would have thought its in the tune. i cant remember playing with any of the injector dead time stuff. do you have a wideband on it? You can view topic.
