Ange pm me bud with a spring rate and I'll let you know, as for what's involved fitting them it could be as easy as just welding them on and off you go, or if you want to change the height of your car a lot you'll need to shorten struts to the insert you want and then weld them on, there's a lot involved in sorting out what you want first then work from there
