Quote: Looks like stock ute seats. They look OK, should wash up good. The huge advantage over other seats is these give the most room inside the ute.

Ah, yes very similar to 1992-1996 Prelude seats. There are so many different Prelude seats even in same year there are leather vs vinyl vs cloth.

Got similar rust on my floor as well :) Any plans as to how you going to repair it? I was thinking of using metal tech filler as the rust holes are not too big. I also have got a small crack near the accelerator pedal. The floor pan where the accelerator pedal is attached to has got a little "well-shape", which for me is a little difficult to shape with a sheet metal. Anyone with any suggestion? Can I use a flat sheet instead or use fibre-glass?

Avizhome I'm going to measure up the specs for the front end of the floor panel because the second half is in fairly good condition. Will be using an Oxy Acetylene torch to cut old floor out and to heat and bend the new floor to fit.

Hmm, Its been a while since I've posted anything on here about the ute. Long story short I had a mobile panel beater come around to help me out. Gave Him $600 bucks for what I wanted done (floors windows, sills, front quarter, rear wall of cabin ect, ect). His first job was the biggest, Floors. Told him I wanted them cut out and new sheets welded in. "No Problem" he said. Had to pop out for an hour or so and asked him to keep working. Came back home to see this.

Needless to say I was quite annoyed.. Told him I wanted my money back, he buggered off and I haven't seen him since. Unfortunately people like this exist. I lost a lot of steam and didn't want to touch the car, let alone look at it. Just want to say I'm back, I've got my bearings straight and I'm kicking this into gear.

That's good to hear, are you going to upload anything to Instagram, or just stick to this thread? Funny, they must have a tendency to rust in that spot of the passenger footwell.
