I have a couple of bit and pieces to do but nothing that would stop me from going.
Would like new shocks in the rear and add a leaf spring other than that there is always the small things.
Still looking forward to it.

you will regret putting an extra spring in, just get super stiff shockers

I have to raise it off the bump stops, I have maybe 30mm of travel (after cutting them down by approx 25mm). The current spring aren't very good. Don't want to install a large spring but do need a little bit more height. Will be installing koni reds in the rear when i can get there, that should help.

It has been reset so the springs are flat or even sag the wrong way slightly, it has a custom spring in there that's almost as long as the top leaf yet there still soft. Somebody didnt know what they were doing when they reset them as they havent reversed the eye, there pretty crap. Thought i would get the shocks and add a small spring or just play around as i have a standard set and get them reset properly when i have a bit more money.

His coupe has some custom leaves that are flat as a tack.
no travel and I think they were made to make it sit low but they handle like rubbish. 10mm travel to bottom out.
I said as a temp measure can swap leaves in a stock pack around to get it not as low but handle better. Not stiffer so it still squats to hook up.

Try the shocks first, I'd be changing springs or getting them resprung before adding extra springs

Before i start pulling stuff apart does anyone know the cost of resetting spring? I'd much prefer to do it once and get it done right.
