One that works! If you bought a new replacement you ought to return it for one that works.

Otherwise buy an adapter plate and a weber 32/36 or a weber 28/36.

what would cause fuel going into my oil?

my compression in each cynlinder is around 100?

i just put in high octane fuel and electronic timing

carb level is in the middle and fuel comes out when i accelerate?

Could be glazed bores from over fueling?, i did this in my early days playing with bike carbs on an A series comp went from 170 to 100 after a few sessions and fuel ended up in my oil.

Or the fuel pump can be leaking into the sump.

100 psi is a low reading, but that may be an uncalibrated gauge. Give it a wet compression test to check for sure.
