Love the removable front cover made from another front cover for the timing case!
Is it stepped underneath or just using a sealant/ gasket etc.? Also if you have a heater this can be done neater than I did but just wanted to prove to myself it worked and looked cleaner than sitting on the inner guard. The heater pipe return was cut and reversed so the heater line runs under the exhaust and inlet hidden away from view.

That does look cleaner!. My Cam cover has a gasket. The hardest thing was making sure that the timing marks were in the right place. I don't have a heater and I got tired of that outlet pipe disitegrating, so I turned a new one out of 316 stainless....

Did you out sealant under the main cap before torquing it down ? I had the same problem I thought the rear main seal was leaking with my fresh motor didn't realise they ran sealant under the cap

Speedholes on the engine mount love it, forgot Cal weather rids you heater needs, stainless water pipe YES!
Yep very necessary to dab a thin layer of sealant all round front and rear seals especially main cap, sure hes done that with that keen eye for detail? love the brass looking front crank pulley bolt! You can view topic.
