Yes, they are very rare in USA -- even the factory high performance heads that Datsun Competition sold.

The Head is a comp head. it looks real rough. Just need to know how much is
cut from the head.

Head has never been machined or resurfaced. Originally assembled with comp double springs and factory comp valves in 1996. Been sitting bolted to that a15 since then. Has about 10k miles on it probably less. Needs to be disassembled and cleaned up for sure.
