I started working on my Intake for the car this week. I made the intake parts as bolt together items since I didn't have the capability to machine runners like this from a solid block. the mating surfaces have a .254mm groove on the face to hold small beads of RTV. Smother the surface with RTV and clamp with the bolts.
![]() Today I pressure tested the results in the water tank. I tested up to 30psi seeing I wouldnt be running over 15psi from the super charger. No leaks from the seam.

That thing took forever on the mill. Also it was a nerve killer with how deep the milling had to go.
