If you go to pick-ln-pull and get two ranger short-side axles you can shorten it to that.

I'm unfamiliar with the term short side. Is that for straight axle front end?

Ford Ranger 8.8 rear has an offset diff. One axle is long, one is shorter. See Rear Axle Swaps

Using the short side shaft will put the axle at the right width for the 1200?

Nice, those Cowl Top Grilles are difficult to find.

Is it gonna be an alloy version? Never seen that done before.
