I will post up a rendering of the drive pulley for my kit soon.
Specs so far. Im going HTD Belt for better meshing. Keeping the pulleys close to the 25.4mm width, and will engineer these pulleys so they can stack for a Supercharger pulley. Belt: 800MM-8M-22MM Pulley:115.189 Root Diameter 122.089mm Outer Diameter

Looks great, so that's a steel insert within the alloy? The stacking idea is a great feature.

Yeah for the Crank drive I went with a steel keyed hub. A complete 7075 drive pulley would have been fine too but it was less on the $$ to make a steel/6061 combo.
Stacking the gear rings was an idea after seeing some people weld V belt pulleys together.

Brilliant. Have you any rough prices in mind?
Also, I wonder if the stack could also accommodate a crank trigger wheel?

I imagine anything like a crank trigger could be done. Don't have one on hand to use as a test part though..
I think a HTD kit could be sold in the wide range of $200-$300.00 (Could be more) Could come down in range if I can find a reasonable supplier of Gear Stock. Or simpler machine processes.

Sounds reasonable for someone made on-shore, the best quality kit I have seen has come from NZ and his were $450.00NZD.
Anyway, good stuff, it'd be great to see the finished product. Put me down for an expected completion date and one full set.

Should have new crank pulleys (aluminium pulley with steel hub)produced in about 2 weeks.
Full gilmer set should be $180 which comes with a belt for right hand side alternators. www.kemotorsport.com

I think I spoke to you on the phone supercharger, I'm in for one of those sets but I've got a LHS alternator. Will it be compatible?

you would be able to run it low right hand side but will need to make a custom bracket or you move your alternator to the bottom and still need to make a custom bracket

Do you do custom belt lengths, say for air con or S/C ??
