I have ITBs and a custom manifold (not a webber but same deal). I ported the pcv to each runner through a vacuum tree with 4mm vacuum hose to each port. Does the job.

To get into the runners I used M6 brake bleed screws (from ebay), cut the seat off and ran a drill (3.5mm I think) down the guts to remove any burrs.

On my A12 with a single DCOE 40 carb I drilled and tapped the underside of the manifold that feeds #3 and #4, screwed in a 90 degree fitting then screwed the PCV valve into that.

Here's a pic of the barb in the Throttle body, it is a 3.5mm bore, checked with the verniers.

You can also see the 4 into 1 tree in the pic, there's a check valve inline between there and the block breather. It looks a little rough but it's a work in progress. I was going to add an adjustable restrictor to control idle but it wasn't necessary, 3.5mm diameter per port worked out pretty good.
