Hi Guys

I have Re arranged all my wiring according to original color in the harness, so far everything looks good without few small issues,

(Please Refer Picture No 1)

I am looking for the Horn Trigger wire According to Manual It is (BG- black and green stripe)
but i don't have a slimier wire i have (GY) wire is it the Horn Trigger ? is it negative trigger ?

has The Yellow Arrowed Cooper plate to be touched with Steering Wheel Plate always ?

(Please refer Picture No 2)

When the parking or head light is on Right hand side brake illumination is very dark but left side works perfect ? what would be the reason (i am sahring only one Negative earth for all of them) But when i press the brake padel both are perfectly illuminating ? is it related to earth or bad bulb ?

shed your ideas guys ..

thanks
regards
sumith

Which is the Horn Trigger wire?

The wiring diagram on this site shows a Green/Yellow wire is the horn wire. It can differ by year and market.

See #43 direction indicator switch
and #41 horn relay

It is a Negative switched wire. See Horn

Does the copper finger need to be touching the Steering Wheel Plate always? YES. Otherwise the horn will not work always.

* With Light Switch in PARK or HEADLAMP position, the tail lamp (not brake lamp) elements will light.

* With brake pedal depressed, the brake lamp elements will light.

So it is two different elements. Most likely the Bulb has one element burned out. But it could be that one of the two bulb pins is not making good contact. Remove and inspect.
