See below link for a cool car show in Melbourne tomorrow. It is put on by 'Fuel Magazine' and this time around is to launch there Jap Edition. However it is open to all types of classics and hot rods.

http://www.fuel-press.com/blog/tag/coffee-classics/

Location is: 1 Fennell St, Port Melbourne

Would be great to see a few Dattos there amongst it.

Sorry for late notice but I just found out about it.

Ah damn, wish I knew about this sooner too.

Good to see Fuel covering more than their usual stuff. It was started in Melbourne by a guy that I used to work with, he's a great guy so get down and support it if you can!

Hopefully I can get down for some of it, the weather will be amazing.

No worries 1000Deluxe.

I'm heading out there now. Looks like the weather will be perfect 😀

Will keep my eyes out for any Dattos there.

It was a pretty good turn out.

Plenty of Z's there, only one 1200 was present when I got there, but it was a particularly good example. I didn't get a chance to chat, but who had this fine 1200 ute?

I got there a bit late I think. Did see a couple of nice Zeds an a slightly ratty 260c wagon but unfortunately that ute must have gone.

Couple of nice Yankee cars including a big pink air bagged dodge, a couple of Chevelles and a neat early Corvette.

All in all worth a look, but bit of a disappointing turnout.

What time did you get there?

I got there about 9:15 with some friends and some people had already left, but there was still plenty of cool rides. I left at about 10:30 and it looked like most other people were leaving too. We drove out with some pretty cool old bagged American rides, we ended up following them through the city.

I got there around 10.00. Sounds like I really should have got there around 9.00 😥

Hi Leigh.....well I could just lie and say the one in the pic above is it 😉 but truth is it's still not finished.

I'm getting there SLOWLY. I have had it running and engine bay is looking sweet, but don't know when I'll have the funds to finish off the exterior spray job. Must admit I can't wait to take it for a cruise.
