Techwiki says the flywheel needs to be machined to take the Pulsar 200mm clutch. Does this mean re-drilling the cover plate mounting hole positions as well as surfacing to take the larger plate?.
Cheers

Yep, gotta redrill some bolt holes, the dowel holes and machine the step that suits the standard clutch disk.

Thanks for that - on a aprevious post I was trying to get a 190mm plate with the 24t spline but the only suppliers were in the states that didnt ship to Aus so I'm looking down the 200m route

I run a Toyota box so I use a 200mm clutch in mine
The edge of the driven plate touches the old pressure plate holes.... but haven't encountered any issues
While the engineering shop is drilling holes maybe they could lighten it alittle for you
