Elrich, I love the build mate, very curious what intercooler you used, and what the sizes are, I really like how its tucked in behind and want to do the same,
did you have to do much modifying? and if possible can I get the measuremnts, thanks.

Hey mate, the inter cooler is 560x180x65. It fits behind the grille without chopping it and sits in behind the apron. You could go a bit taller without problems but this fits nicely. I cut out the radiator support and made up my own strap from the apron to the rad support out of 5mm steel. I made some spacer brackets to mount the inter cooler, it has to hang about 50-60mm below the rad support from memory to clear the bonnet latch. When I have the grille on you can't even tell its there, which is what I wanted as well. If you need any specific pics or anything let me know and I'll take them for you.

It would be possible if I set my mind to it. Have been flat out with other projects at the moment so have not been progressing with the small stuff. Probably a good target really, challenge accepted.

hey with all that, do you reckon I could go a 230 height? extra 50mm? and curious as to what radiator you used.
thanks

You should be ok with the extra 50mm but most of that extra would be behind the valance so it may not be that beneficial? I used a standard S13 CA radiator, I had an aluminium three core but didn't use it as I had to stuff around too much with clearance to fit it.

Have not had a heap of time to get much done in the past few weeks / months. The car is all back together, have installed new Autometer gauges and most of the interior is back in.
I have taken it for a few drives on rego permits to bed in brakes, check suspension and just general shake down. So far all is good! No major... or any issues so far. A few on going annoyances still being sorted out with idle, but it drives well once on power and idles OK but a bit rough. Front end feels good. Not too hard for the street but haven't had the chance to really test it out yet. It feels fairly well balanced with the rear. I will post a video soon once I get it back out on the road. Brakes are underwhelming, which suprised me so I will need to spend some time in that department.
