Megasquirt is so versitle! I'll see if I can get factory though here's hoping!

Is there a throttle body with modern tps that fits?

sorry flood clear mode. if the engine floods you put your foot flat to the floor, tps reads 100% and wont inject fuel to clear the flood.

If the CA20 throttle body bolts on to the stock manifold does it have one of the new potentiometer style tps's?

I was also wondering if not using the stock ECU (still having problems tracking down a loom for stock), where would a good place for an IAT sensor be and also if I was going to get a bung put in for an O2 sensor where would the ideal place be?

Cheers,
Tom

Just wondering in the EGI article. Is this temp sensor the one you'd hook up to your ecu's engine temp sensor input?

Thanks,
Tom

There is ALSO a standard temperature sender on the cylinder head, which drives the dash temperature gauge.

This is beyond the scope of the 200SX EFI article, which is all about using a stock Datsun ECU. The stock Datsun setup comes with an IAT sensor.

If you can't find the stock engine loom and a stock 4-cylinder ECU for budget prices, you might as well go with the $279 MegaSquirt ECU. It is more capable than the Datsun ECU, as MS can handle turbo boost and modified engine. The 200HP Finn A14 is using MegaSquirt. $279 MegaSquirt II kit http://www.diyautotune.com/catalog/me ... kit-black-case-p-119.html

MS II works with the factory Datsun-Nissan sensors and switches.

MS II can do EDIS crank trigger ignition just need a trigger wheel and sensor. See EDIS for easy A-series wheels (no welding/no machining needed).

If you want to run COP (coil on plug), I would get the $569 MegaSquirt III http://www.diyautotune.com/catalog/megasquirt-iii-c-76.html
