that is squashed.... you could try and squeeze it in a vice a bit and pull the pipe out, but there is every chance of it cracking...

yeah get someone to fix that properly, i would think a plumber should be pretty handy with something like that

or a radiator repair man might be better

apparently I need to find a welder who has a pressure ticket so they are covered if something went wrong with the repair.
