"...if only life was as easy when responsibilities come along!" - you nailed it!

The microtec EDU is set aside for you Lagwagon, and if you don't end up taking it cadet1200 is second in line.

"...Whats the flywheel/clutch combo and its story?"
I just sold a race-prepped engine and drivetrain in one package deal including: race prepared A15, flowed and match-ported JTS inlet manifold, twin DCOE45's, Toyota T50 5-speed gearbox and modified bellhousing, ARP Flywheel bolts (4AGE) NIB, New VDO oil pressure electric gauge, sender & adaptor, JTS extractors. But he wasn't sure if his wallet would open far enough for the billet flywheel and clutch. He doesn't have long to let me know...

If Lagwagon (Leigh) changes his mind on the Microtech I'll take it, as the one I have is the model before this one so might be good for spares.

I'll grab the microtech to play with if thats cool. Whats the flywheel/clutch combo and its story? if you put the microtech aside and ill see what else you have for sale and send it all down together if more bits tickle my fancy! Sad that you're getting out of it but i can understand what you mean, if only life was as easy when responsibilities come along!

No worries. I forgot to mention it was off a WRX that needed a more powerful ecu when he went to some massive turbo.
I'll bin it unless someone wants it for free.

regarding the microtech, research suggests they are only good for the one motor (very specfic) they are configured for, seems pretty old skool electonics way of doing things... and if that is the case the freedom to tune must be quite limited

looks like if you cant find out what its been configured for the best thing would be to pass it on to someone buying a new mircotech as they can use it to get a $100 trade in discount

with that in mind i will pass, thanks anyway

Hi Thomen. Done. Yes it will do that job. Its just no good for efi systems as it isn't a high pressure pump. Make it $30 and I'll pay postage. I'll PM you my acct details.
