Yes, the standard Weber jets (for stock A14 or for stock L18) will work fine for a stock A12. It will make good power, later you can fine tune it for fuel economy without loosing power.
So if it's not running well now, put standard jetting in the Weber.

Thanks ddgonzal
I am running a single 40dcoe on A14 and lynx manifold. As in my previous post, was looking for approx starting point for jets etc. Appreciate your input, cheers ![]() SquareNacho Thanks mate, putting all new panels was a bit of work. Mainly just the hours and time However, I will add some pictures of the amount of body filler that had been used previous to me. Shocking!!!!!! Multiple layers and on top of rusted metal.. Keep at it mate, one section at a time ![]()

I cut out and kept a piece off the old rear quarter panels.
I looked at it every time I got sick of body repairs. Reminded me why I was putting the effort in.. Haha

If your carbie doesn't have 33 mm chokes, you can replace them - or change the jetting to match the choke size. Don't use this size main jetting with larger chokes. An update for those interested.
Decided to put things back together, with body just in primer. Hopefully make sure everything is working and running how it should. Then I might register and drive it or strip and paint. Anyway, I'll add a few pictures, hoping not to get slammed by the Internet car style police Cheers
