Thanks ddgonzal

I am running a single 40dcoe on A14 and lynx manifold.
As in my previous post, was looking for approx starting point for jets etc.

Appreciate your input, cheers

Thanks mate, putting all new panels was a bit of work. Mainly just the hours and time
However, I will add some pictures of the amount of body filler that had been used previous to me. Shocking!!!!!! Multiple layers and on top of rusted metal..

Keep at it mate, one section at a time

Yes, the standard Weber jets (for stock A14 or for stock L18) will work fine for a stock A12. It will make good power, later you can fine tune it for fuel economy without loosing power.

So if it's not running well now, put standard jetting in the Weber.

Update on the body work

Will work on getting the ute running right and tuned better now.

Anyone have suggestions regarding weber jet sizes etc..

Are any of you out there, running a single dcoe40
On a I think, (standard) A14 engine?

Wondering what jets, idle and mains.
Along with chokes etc. you might be running?

I have
Idle 45F9
Mains. 115
Emulsion tubes F11
Air Correctors 200

Haven't had it out on the road yet.

But it seems a little rich at idle already.

Some ideas of where to start would be great

I also have installed a Wideband O2 sensor, to help me get right.

Cheers

After fixing some wiring issues under the dashboard.

I think I finally have everything working as it should.
Was a huge bundle of non standard wires under there.

Tried to fire the A14 up.
But the starter was sounding weak.

After a full night on the battery charger.

Still no joy.

So out with the starter motor it was.

It was filthy, inside and out.

Still working on interior.
The dashboard was cracked like most I have seen.
Was going to have it recovered in some type of vinyl.
Instead, filled up the cracks and painted it.
Came up ok and much cheaper.
I'm happy with it

Also fitted some new, well second hand seats.
