What is this? B310 interior part?

Hello
For the life of me I have know idear where this goes Any ideas ? Same colour as my interior and has an R stamped on it Found it under the rear seat of the late model b310 I have two b310's late and new model and I can't find where it belongs  Attach file:  image.jpg (137.56 KB) image.jpg (129.60 KB)

Is that the seat frame cover, that slides off so you can get to the bolts?

Yeah haha The passenger side is missing hence why
